    Ben Rogers

    Ben Rogers is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1981 and is a partner in Rogers and Driver, PSC. Elected Barren County Attorney for two terms from 1991 through 1999 he was responsible for prosecuting criminal cases, offering legal counsel to County officials, representing the county in civil litigation, and managing child protection and juvenile justice issues. He also served as Glasgow City Attorney from 2011 to 2014 representing the city in legal proceedings, advising city officials, drafting and reviewing ordinances and contracts, and ensuring the city’s legal integrity. He is a member of the City of Glasgow Code of Ethics Committee and is a past president of the Barren County Bar Association. He is peer review AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. 

    Brian Driver

    Brian Driver is a 1987 graduate from Glasgow High School with honors. He attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with honors in History. After undergraduate school, he attended the University of Louisville Law School, where he made the Dean’s list. He served as a law clerk under Judge Benjamin Dickinson in 1995, then as Assistant Barren County Attorney from 1996 to 1998. After this term expired, he worked with the Sheffer Law Firm in Bowling Green, Kentucky from 1999 to 2002. He joined the firm of Hughes & Coleman in Bowling Green, Ky and Nashville, TN as an associate from 2002 through 2005. He is past president of the Barren County Bar Association, and is presently on the board of directors of Kentucky Legal Aid, Inc. He is a member of the First Christian Church/Disciples of Christ, Glasgow. He is a father and has one son, Ethan. In 2005, He became a partner with Benjamin D. Rogers Law Firm k/n/a Rogers & Driver, PSC.

    Dennis Wilcutt

    Dennis Willcutt is a 1979 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has over 30  years of experience in the banking industry as a bank vice president and president before retiring in 2010. He was a JAG officer in the Kentucky National Guard and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 27 years of service in both the United States him Air Force and Kentucky National Guard. He is a past president of the Barren County Bar Association and is of counsel with Rogers and Driver, PSC.
