Estate Planning
Our estate planning practice includes (but is not limited to) creation of the following:

- Wills
We can prepare a will for you to leave your property to those you choose. A will allows you to say who receives what you have worked for all your life. In addition it allows those who survive you to obtain the court orders needed to finish your business without the expense and inconvenience of a court ordered surety.
- Powers of attorney
Designation of power of attorney is important should you become incapacitated or unable to make important decisions regarding your finances, business or medical care. We will help you create a comprehensive estate plan to ensure you and your family’s security and your physical wellbeing.
- Living Wills
We can prepare a living will for you that can be relied upon by you and family members that you trust to carry out your health care directives. Designating a healthcare surrogate and advanced healthcare directives will help to ensure that you get the care you want and need should you become incapacitated. It can also prevent disputes between family members regarding the direction of your care.
Contact Rogers & Driver, PSC for more information about healthcare surrogates or advanced directives.
